The Relationship Manager will play a mission-critical role by supporting the advisors to ensure a human-first personalized experience.


You will be part of the operational backbone of our advisory team, coordinating client deliverables, maintaining records with accuracy, and serving with professionalism, a JOYful mindset, and urgency.

This is an on-site, full-time W-2 position based in Hauppauge, NY.

Core Responsibilities:

The Relationship Manager (RM) works with the team and external professionals to service existing client relationships and plays a pivotal role in onboarding new clients.


This client-facing position is critical to the firm’s service model and will be a major part of our growth objectives.


What We Expect:

▪️ Deliver white-glove service to clients with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.

▪️Prepare for client meetings and client proposals with accuracy and professionalism.

▪️ Prepare client communications, including e-mail, telephone, and written correspondence.

▪️ Participate in and document (with the help of an AI notetaker) client meetings and follow-up.

▪️ Gather information to analyze and prepare comprehensive financial plans.

▪️Prepare, process, and track all custodial paperwork (new accounts, asset movement, money requests, transfers, etc.).

▪️ Use CRM system to document EVERY client communications, tasks, and appointments.

▪️ Assist with account maintenance, asset allocations, and quarterly reports.

▪️ Serve as the first line of response for client inquiries across email and phone.

▪️ Deep client existing client relationships with connection and compassion.

▪️Partner with operations to resolve custodian issues proactively and escalate when appropriate.

▪️ Adhere to all company and industry supervisory guidelines and policies.

▪️ Participate in all firm meetings, training, client events, and maintain all continuing education requirements of a wealth advisor plus required training elements.

▪️Additional service task as assigned.


What You Need:

▪️ A genuine interest in serving and caring for people, service first approach!

▪️Extremely organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.

▪️Process-driven and operate with high personal standards and ownership.

▪️ Excellent organizational and time management skills.

▪️ Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

▪️ High level of comfort working with CRM/workflow tools (Salesforce preferred)

▪️ Experience with financial service technology such as MoneyGuidePro, Holistiplan, DocuSign, Zocks.

▪️ 3 - 5 years of experience in financial services; RIA experience strongly preferred

▪️Knowledge of Schwab custodial operations preferred

▪️Ability to learn and embrace new technology as the firm’s tech stack continues to improve

▪️ Series 65 Required

▪️ Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

▪️Certified Financial Planner™ designation or a desire to obtain.

▪️Understand that discretion is required when dealing with clients and their information.

▪️Clean U-4 and U-5 history.


Reporting & Collaboration

  • Reports to: Wealth Advisor
  • Functional Area: Client Success / Operations
  • Collaboration: Works closely with Advisors, Operations, Administrative Support, Corporate RIA, Custodians, and Service Providers.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $70,000 – $90,000
  • Performance bonus based on individual and firm goals.
