The University Recruiter at Jabil supports the execution of campus and early‑career recruiting programs to attract and hire top student and entry‑level talent. This role partners closely with senior recruiters, hiring managers, and university stakeholders to deliver a strong candidate experience and build early‑career talent pipelines across Jabil’s organization.

This position is ideal for a recruiter with a solid foundation in full‑cycle recruiting who is looking to grow their expertise in university and early‑career hiring within a global, fast‑paced environment.

Location:

This role will be based on-site at our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Headquarters with the ability and willingness to travel to multiple campuses and recruiting events, as needed, locally & all throughout the United States (up to 25%).

The Jabil Global Talent Acquisition team is a team of accomplished recruiting professionals that are deeply connected to our business supporting our hiring needs both current and future. We need resourceful and creative individual to join our team to accomplish our goals.

In your role you will...

  • Support and execute Jabil’s university and early‑career recruiting activities across assigned schools and programs
  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting for interns, co‑ops, and entry‑level roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer support
  • Assist with planning and execution of campus and virtual recruiting events such as career fairs, information sessions, and networking events
  • Build and maintain relationships with career centers, student organizations, and university contacts
  • Partner with hiring managers to gather role requirements, coordinate interviews, and provide regular recruiting updates
  • Support internship and early‑career programs, including onboarding coordination and intern conversion efforts
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts by representing Jabil on campus and through digital recruiting platforms
  • Ensure a positive, consistent candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
  • Comply with employment laws, university recruiting guidelines, and Jabil’s hiring policies

How Will You Get Here?

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Human Resources, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum of at least 2 years of recruiting experience, with some exposure to university, early‑career, or high‑volume hiring
  • Experience supporting full‑cycle recruiting processes
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and recruiting analytics
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
