Location:
This role will be based on-site at our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Headquarters with the ability and willingness to travel to multiple campuses and recruiting events, as needed, locally & all throughout the United States (up to 25%).

In your role you will...
- Support and execute Jabil’s university and early‑career recruiting activities across assigned schools and programs
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting for interns, co‑ops, and entry‑level roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer support
- Assist with planning and execution of campus and virtual recruiting events such as career fairs, information sessions, and networking events
- Build and maintain relationships with career centers, student organizations, and university contacts
- Partner with hiring managers to gather role requirements, coordinate interviews, and provide regular recruiting updates
- Support internship and early‑career programs, including onboarding coordination and intern conversion efforts
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by representing Jabil on campus and through digital recruiting platforms
- Ensure a positive, consistent candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
- Comply with employment laws, university recruiting guidelines, and Jabil’s hiring policies
- Bachelor’s degree required; Human Resources, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of at least 2 years of recruiting experience, with some exposure to university, early‑career, or high‑volume hiring
- Experience supporting full‑cycle recruiting processes
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and recruiting analytics
- Or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
