- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity role, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience developing AI workflows.
- 8 years of experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, or go-to-market (GTM) operations.
- Experience in process automation, AI-driven workflows, or building scalable organizational infrastructure.
- Experience managing budgets and performing return on investment analysis on marketing or technical investments.
- Experience in cloud computing, developer relations, or enterprise software.
To be successful in this role, you have a hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving, effective quantitative and communication skills, and the ability to take on broad-reaching and ambiguous questions while working collaboratively and cross-functionally with Googlers of all levels.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Design and manage centralized Hubs to automate repetitive marketing tasks and asset production.
- Identify manual "Activity Traps" such as manual tracking or routine creative production and replace them with automated, AI-driven workflows.
- Act as the primary quality gate for global milestones, ensuring 100% adherence to the "One Google Cloud" source messaging code.
- Engineer automated data loops that ingest market signals (analyst sentiment or usage friction) and translate them into narrative requirements.
- Support the management of practice-area budgets and audit vendor spend to identify opportunities for consolidation and return on investment optimization.
