Title: Recruiter

Duration: 12‑month contract

Pay rate: $35-38/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm PST (40 hrs/week)

Must‑Haves

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• High‑volume recruiting experience
• Experience partnering with hiring managers / stakeholders
• Ability to work fully onsite in Seattle
• Comfortable in fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environments

Plusses

• Prior agency recruiting background
• Prior Account Manager (AM) experience at an agency (even
• Experience supporting operations, fulfillment, or hourly hiring
• Ex‑Amazon candidates
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree

Day‑to‑Day

• Support high‑volume recruiting for entry‑level to mid‑level roles across the U.S.
• Act as a recruiting business partner to internal stakeholders
• Manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and hiring activity dashboards
• Participate in weekly team meetings and bi‑weekly syncs with sourcing partners
• Track and deliver against time‑to‑fill, offer acceptance, and hiring goals
• Handle internal hiring workflows (no interview scheduling responsibilities)

Insight Global is seeking a Recruiter to support a fast‑paced operations recruiting team for a large enterprise client. This recruiter will partner closely with business leaders to drive high‑volume hiring across multiple business lines, supporting entry‑level and mid‑level roles nationwide. The ideal candidate thrives in a metrics‑driven environment, enjoys working at speed, and brings prior agency or AM experience. This role offers exposure to large‑scale recruiting operations, strong peer collaboration, and the opportunity to make immediate hiring impact.
