If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love building strong teams, we’d love to meet you. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience working for US-based businesses. You will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, owning the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer, while ensuring compliance and candidate quality. This role is remote and ideally based in Europe, with working hours aligned to U.S. business needs (EST 8 AM - 5 PM). Exceptional English fluency is required. Requirements - 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience - Experience working for US based businesses - Proven expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates - Experience with high-volume hiring - Strong understanding of ATS systems and recruitment tools - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Perfect written and spoken English (mandatory) - Ability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours (required)  Would be preferred: - Experience recruiting for healthcare organizations - Experience recruiting 1099 and W2 healthcare providers - Familiarity with DEA/licensure processes across multiple states Responsibilities - Source, screen, and interview candidates for high-volume and specialized roles - Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities - Evaluate candidates against regulatory and compliance standards - Develop and maintain talent pipelines within the U.S. healthcare market - Maintain ATS accuracy, job postings, and recruitment metrics - Track market trends and align hiring strategies to leadership expectations - Support employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier clinical talent - Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience What We Offer - Fully remote role - Competitive compensation - High-growth environment - Opportunity to build and scale healthcare teams - A collaborative, mission-driven culture
