Every day you will …
- Provide clear, integrated oversight across the transformation portfolio, improving alignment, transparency, and confidence in delivery outcomes.
- Build strong collaboration across PMO, delivery and business teams, connecting plans, decisions, and insights to enable joined-up execution.
- Anticipate and manage portfolio-level risks and issues early, reducing disruption and protecting successful delivery.
- Ensure resources are effectively aligned to priorities, enabling teams to focus on the highest-value activity and deliver at pace.
- Deliver clear, data-driven reporting and insights that strengthen visibility, support better decisions, and drive continuous improvement in performance.

What skills will help you thrive in this role?
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, aligning priorities and driving informed decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and identify risks and opportunities.
- Proactive problem solver who anticipates challenges and resolves issues quickly to maintain delivery momentum.
- Skilled at navigating complex organisational environments to deliver strategic outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build high-performing teams and develop organisational capability to enhance delivery effectiveness.
