Business Systems Analyst

Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, performing functional analysis of judicial/business processes and driving process improvements. Handles complex assignments independently, leads analysts, and supports Agile project delivery.

Core Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements, create epics/user stories, and manage backlog

  • Create reports, documentation, diagrams, and provide end-user training


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of business analysis or data/reporting experience (or equivalent combination)
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Criminology, Public Administration, or related field
