Marketing Executive
Location: Codsall, Wolverhampton – Office Based, Monday to Friday 9-5pm
Salary: Up to £38,000 DOE
Contract: Full time, Permanent

As we continue to grow, marketing plays a critical role in connecting our services with the people who need them – from service users and families to clinicians, commissioners, case managers and future colleagues.
THE ROLE
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you will bring our marketing strategy to life and play a key part in supporting business growth.
You’ll work across the full marketing mix – delivering campaigns, supporting recruitment, driving engagement, and strengthening our brand presence. Working closely with our commercial, operations, and recruitment teams, you’ll ensure marketing activity directly supports service delivery, mobilisation, and expansion.
You will also play a key role in supervising, supporting, and mentoring our social media recruitment content creator, who is based at our central office.
Key Responsibilities
CAMPAIGN DELIVERY & BRAND:
- Plan, deliver, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, events)
- Develop creative, engaging content that reflects our services, values, and impact
- Strengthen brand awareness across key audiences and regions
- Support lead generation and business growth initiatives
- Partner with recruitment teams to deliver targeted attraction campaigns aligned to staffing needs
- Lead internal marketing campaigns and communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and engagement across teams
- Manage and support delivery the social media calendar, aligned to organisational priorities and key events
- Create engaging content including email campaigns, collateral, and sector-specific materials
- Support video and storytelling initiatives that showcase our work and outcomes
- Plan and deliver events, engagement activity, and commercial initiatives to support growth
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance
- Use data and insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness
- Increased brand visibility and engagement across key audiences
- Measurable growth in enquiries and lead generation
- Effective recruitment marketing campaigns supporting staffing pipelines
- Strong, consistent internal communications across the organisation
- Marketing activity that clearly supports business growth and operational delivery
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing; experience in recruitment marketing is a bonus.
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Ability to interpret data and turn insights into meaningful action.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- A creative, proactive approach with the confidence to bring new ideas forward.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle and flexibility to travel across the business, on occasion, as required.
- Experience in digital marketing within the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
As the marketing function grows, this role is expected to develop into a management level role, offering progression and increased responsibility.
