About Hummingbirds AI

Hummingbirds AI builds privacy-focused computer vision solutions for secure and seamless work environments. Our flagship product, Guacamole™, provides hands-free continuous authentication, helping organizations verify that the right user is present throughout a device session — without constant logins, passwords, or friction.

We are now looking for a senior sales and business development leader to help us build strategic enterprise relationships and close our first major commercial deals.


What we’re looking for

We are looking for an experienced, highly independent sales leader with a strong network across OEMs, healthcare, financial services, cybersecurity, compliance, or enterprise IT.

This person should be comfortable working directly with the CEO and leadership team, helping shape the go-to-market strategy while also actively opening doors and closing deals.


Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of strategic enterprise opportunities
  • Open doors with OEMs, healthcare organizations, financial institutions, and large enterprise buyers
  • Lead sales conversations from introduction to close
  • Identify high-value partnerships and distribution opportunities
  • Work directly with the CEO on sales strategy, pricing, positioning, and deal structure
  • Help Hummingbirds AI secure its first major enterprise customers and strategic partnerships
  • Represent the company professionally with senior executives and decision-makers


Ideal candidate

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or business development experience
  • Proven track record selling into large organizations
  • Existing network in OEMs, healthcare, financial services, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology
  • Experience selling security, identity, authentication, compliance, SaaS, device management, or AI/computer vision solutions is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment
  • Independent, proactive, and relationship-driven
  • Able to bring warm introductions and convert relationships into real business opportunities
  • Strong communicator who can work closely with technical founders and executive buyers


What success looks like

In the first 3–6 months, this person should help Hummingbirds AI:

  • Build a qualified enterprise pipeline
  • Open strategic conversations with target companies
  • Create real partnership or pilot opportunities
  • Help close the first meaningful enterprise check
  • Refine the sales motion for future growth


Compensation

Compensation can be structured based on the candidate’s level and fit. We are open to a mix of base, commission, success-based incentives, and equity for the right person.
