Location: Remote / Philadelphia / NYC Compensation: 15% Commission per Closed Contract (High-ticket fashion production)


The Opportunity

We are a high-output production boutique specializing in cinematic, "raw" visual storytelling for the fashion industry. As we expand our reach into New York City and beyond, we are looking for a sharp, well-connected Sales Representative to pitch our premium production services to contemporary fashion labels, e-commerce brands, and modeling agencies.


Our Core Offerings

  • Full-Scale Fashion Catalog Production: High-end lookbooks and catalogs with a focus on "perfect in-camera" lighting and authentic human portrayal.
  • Motion Comp Cards: A specialized, high-demand short-form video product for models and brands to elevate their digital presence.
  • Strategic Production: A streamlined "specialist" approach that reduces the need for heavy post-production while maintaining a luxury aesthetic.


The Role

  • Identify & Outreach: Scout contemporary fashion brands, wholesale directors, and creative agencies that require consistent, high-quality visual assets.
  • Pitch & Close: Present our production capabilities and "Motion Comp Card" packages to decision-makers.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the bridge between the client and our studio to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

  • 15% Commission: Earn a significant percentage on every production contract closed. With high-ticket fashion shoots, this offers substantial earning potential.
  • Creative Authority: You鈥檒l be representing a studio with 21 years of "visual problem-solving" experience and a unique, cinematic signature.
  • Flexibility: This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You set your own hours and outreach strategy.


Who You Are

  • You have experience in sales, ideally within the fashion, advertising, or creative production industries.
  • You have a "hunter" mentality鈥攜ou aren't afraid to leverage LinkedIn, Apollo, or industry events to find the right person.
  • You understand the value of high-end photography and video and can speak the language of Creative Directors and Brand Managers.
