The Opportunity with McKinstry
The Business Technology team is seeking a Product Manager to serve as a dedicated partner to the Energy & Technical Services lines of business. In this role, you'll own the backlog across a broad portfolio of products and platforms end-to-end — managing ServiceNow ticket queues, coordinating responses, and driving integrations across interconnected systems — while building trusted relationships with business leaders and operational stakeholders. The ideal candidate is comfortable running Agile ceremonies, navigating mid-sized project management, and keeping cross-functional priorities aligned across both technology and business teams.
Prior experience in — or working alongside — businesses that deliver energy services, building performance, facilities management, or technical construction and engineering is a plus, as familiarity with the operational complexity of those environments translates directly into this role.
This is a high-visibility position for someone ready to take on meaningful product ownership and help the organization deliver more value from the platforms it already has.
Location: this position is based in Seattle, WA and works a hybrid work schedule.
