Program Coordinators at Adrenaline provide project, program and client support to the Program Management and Implementation team. This role primarily supports projects within the financial services industry, including, but not limited to, conversions, design programs and merchandising initiatives.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Support and coordinate project administration, including budget uploads, purchase orders, change orders, work authorizations, subcontract creation, client invoicing, and meeting documentation
  • Review, track, and process RFI’s and Submittals
  • Complete material take offs and procurement activities
  • Assist with sourcing materials, vendors, and contractors; help evaluate proposals and compile budget estimates
  • Support project cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting
  • Assist with maintaining and updating project schedules, including coordination with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Use proprietary software to review and organize survey data from scanned floor plans; apply merchandising concepts aligned with project scope and product specifications
  • Prepare project closeout documentation and deliverables



JOB REQUIREMENTS


  • 2+ years administrative support experience, in a project environment preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Construction industry knowledge a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
