The RoleWe’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will own the product story end-to-end from deeply understanding the product and customer needs, to translating complex capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for different audiences and markets.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Custome Success, and plays a critical part in shaping how Ubeya is positioned,understood, and adopted across industries such as events, staffing, hospitality, and large-scale operations.

- Case studies and customer stories
- Work closely with customers to understand their pain points, workflows, and success stories and turn those insights into impactful marketing content
- Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to identify trends,gaps, and opportunities.

- Own Ubeya’s competitive intelligence function, monitoring market trends and adapting messaging to stay ahead in a dynamic B2B SaaS environment.
- Lead go-to-market efforts for new features and capabilities, from internal alignment to external launches.
- Adapt product messaging to different verticals and customer personas, ensuring relevance and resonance.

- 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or a similar role within a SaaS company, B2B, HR tech, or workforce management industries. (startup experience is a strong advantage)
- Native English speaker with excellent writing and storytelling skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Able to take complex information from multiple stakeholders and turn it into one strong, clear product vision.
- Fast learner with strong business intuition and emotional intelligence- you “read the room” and understand how things really work.
- Customer-centric by nature, with a genuine curiosity about how users think, feel, and work.
- Proficiency in conducting customer and competitive research; skilled at translating insights into actionable messaging.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, comfortable both defining strategy and executing details.
- Highly collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
