Product Manager

We are hiring a Product Manager to support Samsung’s marketing technology initiatives, with a strong focus on Adobe Experience Cloud. This role will drive execution of campaign use cases (including hand-raiser programs) in close collaboration with business, analytics, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of martech use cases across Adobe Campaign, RTCDP, AEM, and Workfront
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize backlog, and drive Agile execution
• Support campaign orchestration and optimization for hand-raiser journeys
• Work closely with Adobe Campaign developers (ACM) and data teams to enable seamless activation
• Ensure data readiness and integrations leveraging GCP/BigQuery, SQL, and Python
• Embed data privacy, consent, and governance standards across all initiatives

Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (Campaign is mandatory; RTCDP, AEM, Workfront preferred)
• Solid understanding of campaign management, audience segmentation, and customer journeys
• Experience working with ACM developers and cross-functional delivery teams
• Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with GCP/BigQuery and Python
• Strong Agile product management experience

Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 5-8 years of experience in data consulting, analytics, or martech-focused roles
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage senior stakeholders
• Prior experience Modern Data Stack, Customer Analytics, Web Analytics is a plus
• Experience in telecom/consumer electronics domains
• Exposure to large-scale, multi-channel campaign ecosystems
