Job Title: Product Manager

Salary: Competitve

Benefits: 15% bonus, pension and additional benefits

Working Arrangements: Hybrid, 2 to 3 days per week onsite in London

We are currently working with a FTSE100 organisation undergoing a large scale transformation programme focused on improving operational performance, efficiency, and resilience across a highly complex, real time environment.

As part of this, they are looking to hire multiple Product Managers to take ownership of high impact, business critical digital products within a multi billion pound transformation programme.

This is a hands on, delivery focused role suited to Product Managers who are comfortable working closely with engineering, design, and operational teams, and who enjoy solving complex, real world problems.


The Role

You will be responsible for owning the direction, delivery, and outcomes of digital products that support internal workflows and operational decision making.You will work closely with cross functional teams, using data, product tooling, and user insight to shape priorities, guide delivery, and ensure solutions are successfully deployed into live environments.


Key Responsibilities

- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for your product area
- Translate business needs and operational challenges into clear, actionable product requirements
- Work closely with engineering, design, and operational teams to shape solutions and guide implementation
- Use product metrics, tooling, and user insight to prioritise work and measure outcomes
- Lead product discovery, validation, and iteration to deliver value early and continuously
- Balance strategic direction with hands on involvement in day to day delivery
- Manage dependencies, risks, and trade offs across complex delivery environments
- Engage and align stakeholders across business, technology, and operations
- Ensure products are operationally ready, scalable, and well supported post launch


Key Requirements

- Experience working as a Product Manager within a digital or technology environment
- Background in top tier consulting or product roles within large technology led organisations or high growth environments
- Proven experience delivering products end to end, from discovery through to live deployment
- Strong hands on delivery experience, working closely with engineering teams on solution detail
- Experience using product and agile tooling such as Jira and Confluence to manage backlogs and delivery
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data to inform decisions and measure impact
- Ability to prioritise effectively, manage ambiguity, and deliver independently
- Experience working in agile, fast paced environments


Nice to Have

- Experience working in operationally complex environments such as logistics, supply chain, large scale infrastructure, or engineering led organisations
- Exposure to real time or workflow based systems supporting internal users or operations
- Experience delivering data driven or analytics led products
- Degree in a numerical discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Sciences
