Senior UX Designer

Buildout is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in UX/UI and a strong portfolio of design projects. They will design thoughtful user experiences, lead user research, and drive quality in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI as a user experience designer or product designer with a strong portfolio of design projects - A demonstrated track record of using AI-native tools to prototype, explore, and validate ideas - Experience designing and shipping agentic AI experiences - Experience with a SaaS product portfolio and new product introduction - Strong knowledge of web technologies, platforms, and frameworks - Comfortable leading and assisting in user research activities, design sprints, and workshops - Fluent in Figma and comfortable moving fluidly between sketching ideas on paper, whiteboarding with your team, and crafting them into working prototypes - Genuinely enjoys talking to customers and deeply collaborative by default Benefits
