Mercor is seeking an Economics Chart Analysis Expert to author and review technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on economics problems. The ideal candidate has a PhD in Economics, or a MS/MA in Economics with 3+ years of experience, or a BA/BS in Economics with 5+ years of experience. Requirements - PhD in Economics - MS/MA in Economics with 3+ years of experience - BA/BS in Economics with 5+ years of experience - Working fluency in at least two of: micro, macro, econometrics, industrial organization, labor economics, development - Comfortable interpreting economic charts, econometric output, policy figures, and time-series plots - Clear technical writing skills with the ability to articulate reasoning step-by-step Benefits - Hourly compensation: $75–$83/hour
