Supply Management Planner

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Supply Management Planner to support the delivery and coordination of purchased parts across one or more locations. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication throughout the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the delivery of purchased parts from internal and external suppliers
• Coordinate supply activities across one or more locations
• Communicate clearly and professionally with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Track and update delivery information using internal systems and reporting tools
• Use Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for daily planning and analysis
• Support issue resolution related to delivery timing, availability, or documentation

• Business casual dress code
• Position is fully onsite in Davenport, Iowa
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role, now or in the future
• Occasional travel between local sites or to other regional locations may be required using a personal vehicle
  

Required Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computers, including accurate typing and data entry
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Management, or a related field; Open to recent graduates
• Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems
