This Technical Field Engineer ensures that our federal government client’s systems stay secure, reliable, and mission-ready through expert on‑site technical support and strong client engagement.
What success looks like in this role:
The Field Engineer performs activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals.
- Proven experience in a Deskside support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution.
- Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network and software installation and troubleshooting
- Experience with supporting a corporate Windows environment
- Printing (installation, deployment, configuration, disposals)
- Software and Hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PC's
- Test and Tag experience highly regarded
- Minimum of 6 months experience in supporting Deskside support environment
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout all transactions.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- NV1 or NV2 security clearance must have for this role.
- Driver's License is required
