Asset Support Specialist

Aremco is a national residential and commercial asset management firm. We specialize in providing several asset management services to our client's portfolio of default properties. The verticals of our business include default consulting services, property preservation, construction services, disaster management and REO asset management.

Position Summary

The Asset Support Specialist assists with providing additional support to the Asset Managers and the Asset Management Team Leads who are responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and managing all preservation activities that preserve the property while identifying and addressing all health and safety issues for resolution. These properties may be occupied or vacant. We manage all the vendor activities at these properties to include, but are not limited to completing inspections, performing preservation activities, and completing repairs.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Assisting with in-office clerical support
• Answering phones, taking messages, passing on information
• Light recruiting and matching of vendors with open work orders
• Data entry functions as needed
• Updating internal system notes as necessary
• Checking property photos to ensure dated and right side up
• Retrieving data as requested
• Other office duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work well with others in an office environment
• Able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
• Computer skills
• Punctual and in attendance
• At times may need to work independently
• Attention to detail
