Team Management:
- Lead and supervise a team

- Oversee the daily operations of the department
- Monitor processes to maximize efficiency, minimize downtime, and meet customer commitments.
- Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality
- Stay updated with Ford and Toyota information and requirements
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve departmental financial objectives.
- Monitor revenues, expenses, and profitability, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records
- Generate reports on key performance indicators, departmental metrics, and financial results.
- Provide regular updates to dealership management regarding department performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Previous experience in a manager position
- Strong knowledge of automotive processes
- Familiarity with Ford vehicles is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in computer systems and dealership management software.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Understanding of financial principles and experience in managing budgets.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
