Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial and automotive markets
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers to support long-term growth
• Partner with outside sales teams to generate qualified leads and expand account opportunities
• Conduct outreach through calls, email campaigns, trade shows, and customer follow-up activities
• Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and customer interactions within CRM platforms
• Support execution of sales strategies designed to increase revenue and market penetration
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align business development efforts
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably within industrial or manufacturing sectors
• Experience using CRM and sales automation tools including Salesforce, Outlook, or similar platforms
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and growth-oriented sales environment
• Willingness to travel for trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events
