Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably within industrial or manufacturing sectors
  • Experience using CRM and sales automation tools including Salesforce, Outlook, or similar platforms
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and growth-oriented sales environment
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events
