Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the Mission Integration team on the Orion Program. In this role, you will be responsible for Systems Integration across the Systems lifecycle including Mission Use Cases, Hardware/Software Systems Integration, Data Implementation and Test Execution & Post-Test Analysis.

The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Systems Engineering, Mission/Spacecraft Design & Test Development.

Desired Skills

  • Proficiency with Python Scripting, Test Development & Execution, Linux Environment
  • Hands on experience in a mission-oriented test environment including software/hardware in the Loop Environments
  • Fault Detection, Isolation & Recovery (FDIR)
  • Mission Sequencing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain issues at both a technical and non-technical level
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment and to effectively communicate with a diverse set of stakeholders about complex non/technical issues.
