Executive Assistant / Client Service Operations Manager

Strong Point Financial is a retirement planning firm based in Orlando, Florida, serving retirees and pre-retirees with income, investment, tax, healthcare, and legacy planning. The firm provides a high-level client experience from the first appointment through long-term service. Strong Point Financial is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Client Service Operations Manager to support the CEO and help oversee daily client service, advisor support, scheduling, and internal operations.


This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, detail-oriented environment and takes pride in keeping people, priorities, and client needs moving smoothly.


Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 Salary


Responsibilities

  • Manage and protect the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule
  • Prepare the CEO for client meetings, including files, notes, planning items, and follow-ups
  • Monitor client service requests and ensure timely, professional follow-through
  • Coordinate across advisors, paraplanners, service advisors, and operations staff
  • Track open items, deadlines, and internal accountability
  • Use Salesforce and firm systems to manage tasks, notes, client activity, and appointments
  • Help improve internal processes, checklists, SOPs, and workflows


Qualifications

  • Strong calendar management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable communicating with clients by phone, email, and in person
  • Confident working across teams and holding others accountable
  • CRM experience preferred; Salesforce experience a major plus
  • Financial services, insurance, investment, or retirement planning experience preferred


Ideal Background

Experience as an executive assistant, office manager, client service manager, operations coordinator, financial services assistant, or advisor support specialist is a strong fit. Experience in a professional services environment such as financial advisory, law, CPA, medical, or another high-detail client service setting is helpful.
