What You’ll Do
- Schedule and conduct appointments with members who have requested benefit information
- Guide families through available programs and help them choose the right options
- Provide ongoing support and maintain positive client relationships
- Develop valuable skills in communication, leadership, and business management
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Effective time management
- Must pass a background check
