Your Role:
As a part of the Field Clinical Specialist team, you'll play a crucial role in partnering with clinical professionals to deliver our patient-focused therapies including proctoring, training and education. Your knowledge of working within the hospital ecosystem, combined with our in-depth training program, will help to develop you into an Edwards subject matter expert. Now is the time to join a team focused on transforming treatment for the many patients in need.
The Clinical Graduate Program starts in October 2026, offering a structured 12-month fixed-term contract. The program is anchored in Munich and includes structured rotations, training, and hands-on field exposure within the German market. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates may be deployed into business-aligned roles across Germany and may be retained by Edwards Lifesciences within the Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid division or other technical divisions.

How you will make an impact:
- Intensive Educational Academy: Dive into a 12-month program that enhances your product knowledge, cardiovascular expertise, clinical understanding and fundamental commercial skills.
- Hands-On Experience: Work alongside certified Field Clinical Specialists (FCS) to support case coverage, troubleshoot issues, program devices and follow up with patients on our cutting-edge product range.
- Real-World Learning: Gain invaluable experience in our state-of-the-art training center and real clinical settings, collaborating with healthcare professionals and patients.
- Direct Case Involvement: Attend clinical cases face-to-face or remotely, engaging with customers and physicians to understand the clinical attributes of Edwards products.
- Mission-Driven Impact: Be motivated by our mission to improve patient care through innovative solutions, making a real difference in the lives of patients.
- Be a recent Bachelors or Masters graduate (2025/2026) with a Biomedical or Clinical Engineering or Clinical Physiology degree (preferably in cardiac perfusion, surgical treatment, clinical sciences or nursing)
- Completion of a placement in a clinical, hospital or comparable environment
- High learning agility, a willingness to ask questions, a clear understanding of patient needs with a defined purpose
- Strong skills in communication and presentations, ability to work in teams and proficiency in MS Office
- Candidates should be open to relocation, willing to travel, committed to participating in the academy program and possess a valid driving license recognized in Germany
- German and English proficiency skills (min. B2 level)
- Other European languages will be valuable
- Previous experience in clinical imaging and screening is an advantage
