We’re hiring a Growth Associate for our client, a fast-growing tech company building the all-in-one operating system for restaurants. Think beyond just POS systems, their platform helps restaurants manage ordering, kitchen operations, inventory, and performance insights all in one place, so teams can stop juggling multiple tools and run smarter.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Connect with restaurant owners and understand how their businesses operate
• Introduce restaurant teams to a platform that can simplify and improve their day-to-day operations
• Reach out to potential clients through calls, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting
• Conduct product demos and explain the value of the system in a clear, relatable way
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide a great experience from first contact onwards
• Stay updated on restaurant industry trends and competitor products
• Hit and exceed monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduates are welcome, internship or part-time experience is a plus
• Strong English communication skills
• Confident speaking to people and building relationships quickly
• Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable in a target-driven environment
• Organized and able to manage multiple conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities at once
• Curious and customer-focused — you enjoy understanding problems and finding solutions
• High attention to detail and professionalism in your work
• Team player mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute
• Bonus points if you have sales, F&B, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
