Vice President, FP&A

VP, FP&A | PE Backed

We’re partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed organization to hire a Vice President of FP&A. This is a key leadership role supporting the CFO and executive team, responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, and overall business performance.

The position offers strong visibility across the organization and direct exposure to senior leadership and investors, with the opportunity to help scale finance operations in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Partner with leadership to provide insights on business performance and strategic decision-making
• Build and maintain financial models to support growth initiatives and operational planning
• Deliver monthly reporting and variance analysis to track performance vs. plan
• Develop and monitor KPIs and key business metrics
• Support board and investor reporting
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, accounting, and senior leadership
• Help drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies within FP&A

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of FP&A / corporate finance experience
• Prior leadership experience managing or mentoring teams
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset
• Experience working in a high-growth and/or PE-backed environment preferred
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving organization
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders
