Job Description

• 4+ years of professional experience, with a meaningful portion in operations, team coordination, customer success, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing or leading a team, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and day-to-day coordination.
• A strong interest in AI and a genuine enthusiasm for using AI tools to optimize team processes and workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, take full ownership, and drive results with minimal oversight.
• Experience working in a SaaS or technology environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills: you know how to motivate, develop, and hold a team accountable.
• A genuine interest in AI products and modern SaaS, and a desire to understand how they create value for customers.
• Pioneer the use of AI within our own team operations, setting an example for how AI can transform the way teams work.
