Key Responsibilities:

The Systems Engineer is responsible for a variety of daily tasks including but not limited to the following:

• Collaborate with clients to gather business and technical requirements and translate them into practical, scalable solutions
• Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments across multiple ITO clients
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
• Configure, deploy, and manage endpoint and infrastructure systems using NinjaOne RMM and other management tooling
• Provide tier 2/3 system, application, and infrastructure support with a focus on Oil and Gas applications and services
• Coordinate with team members and other ITO resources to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests
• Follow EAG’s Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Configuration, and Release Management processes
• Maintain clear, timely communication with clients on tickets, changes, and any impacts to their environment
• Evaluate third-party vendors and tools to ensure they align with client goals and EAG’s approved technology library
• Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and operational processes
• Implement and operate solutions in alignment with EAG security policies, SOC controls, and client compliance requirements
