🎯 Position Purpose
We are seeking a high-caliber, result-oriented Head of Sales for the DACH region to lead, expand, and accelerate our market presence in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will be responsible for driving regional revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships with Tier-1 distributors, EPCs, and developers, and leading our localized DACH sales team.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
- Drive Growth: Define and execute the commercial strategy for the DACH region to meet and exceed annual sales targets and market share goals.
- Key Account Management: Directly manage relationships with Tier-1 distributors, large-scale EPC contractors, project developers, and utilities.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate weekly and monthly volume/revenue forecasts to HQ.
Team Leadership & Localization
- Lead Team: Recruit, mentor, and manage the local DACH sales and sales-support team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- HQ Alignment: Act as the strategic bridge between the local DACH market and China HQ (Product, Supply Chain, and Logistics) to ensure smooth delivery and localized product compliance.
Brand & Channel Marketing
- Brand Awareness: Position ZNSHINE Solar as a premium, reliable module supplier in the DACH region.
- Industry Presence: Represent the company at major European solar exhibitions (e.g., Intersolar Europe) and networking events.
📋 Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- Industry Expertise: Minimum 5–7+ years of B2B sales experience in the solar PV industry, with a proven track record of selling PV modules or inverters.
- Network: An existing, active network of Tier-1/Tier-2 distributors, installers, and EPCs in the DACH region.
- Leadership: At least 2–3 years of experience leading a sales team or managing a regional sales territory.
Skills & Competencies
- Languages: Native or fluent German (written and spoken) is mandatory; Fluent English is required for HQ communication. (Mandarin is a strong plus but not mandatory).
- Cultural Fit: Strong cross-cultural communication skills with experience working in Chinese or Asian multinational corporations.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within the DACH region and occasionally to China HQ.
