You will own the complete product journey, working together with sponsorships and operations teams, while actively managing and improving the UI/UX to deliver an outstanding user experience.
We’re seeking someone with strong product sense, excellent taste in design, and the ability to turn complex ideas into simple, delightful experiences.
Compensation range: €5800 - €7000 full contractual monthly pay (up to 5500 gross in case joining in Tallinn as a full time employee).

With nearly a decade of industry expertise, we don’t just build software - we craft tailored solutions that drive innovation. Our expertise, commitment to quality, and client-focused approach make us a trusted partner in Africa and beyond.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and driving the product direction, with a strong focus on user experience and product flows;
- Designing and improving end-to-end user journeys, ensuring they are intuitive, smooth, and engaging;
- Prioritising initiatives based on data, user behaviour, and market insights;
- Leading features from concept through to launch and continuous improvement;
- Collaborating with operations to align product decisions with business needs and user behaviour;
- Working cross-functionally with operations and engineering teams;
- Translating ideas into clear product requirements, user stories, and practical solutions;
- Identifying gaps in the current experience and proactively proposing improvements;
- Using data and user insights to evaluate performance and refine the product;
- Ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements across multiple markets;
- Leveraging AI tools to accelerate prototyping, testing, and delivery.
What makes you a great candidate:
- Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, preferably in the fast-paced, start-up environment and high-engagement products;
- Strong and practical understanding of UX and UI principles, with a good eye for detail;
- Experience working closely with developers in a hands-on, collaborative way;
- Ability to think in flows, user journeys, and product experience, not just features;
- Comfortable taking ownership and driving product decisions independently;
- Strong communication skills and ability to align different stakeholders (tech, ops, business);
- Data-informed mindset and ability to use insights to guide decisions;
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and adapting quickly;
- Experience in African markets or regulated environments is a plus.
