A Technical Product Manager acts as a bridge between business and engineering teams, ensuring the successful technical implementation of product requirements. This role involves defining a technical roadmap with engineering, managing and prioritizing the product backlog in tools like Rally or Jira, and translating business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories. The manager collaborates closely with Agile teams for sprint planning and delivery, oversees system integrations for compatibility, and partners with QA to maintain quality standards. Additionally, they clarify technical challenges, balance trade-offs, and ensure that all solutions align with customer needs and usability expectations.

Primary Responsibility

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications

  • Experience navigating global, cross-functional environments and driving initiatives across multiple business units Deep knowledge of Agile practices
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and tools like Figma.
  • Proficiency in Rally and Aha! for planning and tracking
  • Proven excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to influence outcomes across complex initiatives and lead meetings with senior leadership
  • Proven ability to coach teams, manage OKRs, and contribute to product maturity and innovation
