About Bharat Managed Services

Bharat Managed Services is a growing technology services company delivering Managed IT Services, Managed Security Services, SOC/NOC services, Digital Workplace solutions, Procurement as a Service, Software Services, Infrastructure Support, Field Services, and Digital Transformation solutions.

With a current annual turnover of approximately USD 5 million, the company is entering its next phase of growth. Bharat Managed Services is now looking to expand into global markets, strengthen recurring revenue, build enterprise client relationships, and become a trusted international provider of managed technology and cybersecurity services.

We are seeking a commercially strong, client-facing, and growth-driven Chief Executive Officer to lead this transformation.


Role Overview

The CEO will be responsible for leading Bharat Managed Services through its next stage of growth, with a clear mandate to deliver 3X revenue growth within 3 years, scaling the business from approximately USD 5 million to USD 15 million annual turnover.

This is a highly client-facing leadership role. The successful candidate will be expected to personally lead major client engagements, open new markets, build strategic partnerships, strengthen the leadership team, improve profitability, and position Bharat Managed Services as a credible global provider of IT services, managed services, cybersecurity, procurement, software, and digital transformation solutions.


Key Growth Mandate

The CEO will be responsible for:

  • Delivering 5X revenue growth within 3 years.
  • Scaling annual turnover from approximately USD 5 million to USD 25 million.
  • Expanding Bharat Managed Services into global markets.
  • Growing recurring revenue from managed IT and managed security services.
  • Winning new enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Strengthening SOC, NOC, cybersecurity, procurement, software, and support service offerings.
  • Building strong strategic partnerships with technology vendors, channel partners, and enterprise clients.
  • Improving profitability, EBITDA, operational maturity, and long-term enterprise value.

Key Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the company’s long-term vision, strategy, and growth roadmap.
  • Build a clear 3-year business plan to achieve the USD 15 million revenue target.
  • Work closely with the Board, founders, and shareholders to agree business goals, annual targets, budgets, and strategic priorities.
  • Identify new growth opportunities across managed IT, managed security, SOC, NOC, procurement, software services, infrastructure support, cloud support, digital workplace, and enterprise support services.
  • Position Bharat Managed Services as a trusted and scalable global IT services provider.


Revenue Growth and Business Development

  • Own the company’s revenue growth strategy and be accountable for achieving annual and 3-year revenue targets.
  • Build a scalable sales engine across direct sales, channel sales, partner-led sales, alliances, and account management.
  • Lead major enterprise sales opportunities, strategic bids, RFPs, contract negotiations, and executive-level client presentations.
  • Drive new client acquisition, client retention, renewals, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Develop predictable recurring revenue through managed services, cybersecurity operations, service desk, SOC, NOC, infrastructure support, and long-term service contracts.


Client-Facing Leadership

  • Act as the senior executive face of Bharat Managed Services.
  • Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, CEOs, COOs, CFOs, procurement heads, and business leaders.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, boardroom presentations, industry events, partner forums, and executive briefings.
  • Understand client challenges around IT operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, service desk, cloud, digital workplace, procurement, cost optimization, compliance, and business continuity.

Global Market Expansion

  • Develop and execute international market expansion plans across priority regions.
  • Strengthen business presence across markets connected to the company’s UK, US, and India footprint.
  • Identify high-potential countries, industries, client segments, and partner ecosystems.
  • Build region-specific go-to-market strategies for managed services, cybersecurity, procurement, software, and IT consulting.
  • Establish direct sales, partner-led sales, reseller, referral, joint venture, or alliance-based market entry models.


Managed IT Services Leadership

  • Scale the company’s Managed IT Services portfolio.
  • Build recurring service offerings across service desk, endpoint support, infrastructure monitoring, network operations, server support, cloud support, backup, disaster recovery, and remote IT operations.
  • Strengthen NOC capability for proactive monitoring, incident detection, response, resolution, and performance management.
  • Develop clear SLAs, KPIs, escalation paths, reporting models, service catalogues, and pricing structures.
  • Ensure managed IT services are profitable, repeatable, measurable, and scalable.

Managed Security Services and Cybersecurity Growth

  • Lead the growth of Bharat Managed Services’ cybersecurity and managed security services portfolio.
  • Expand services such as SOC as a Service, Managed Security Services, Managed Firewall Services, Managed Penetration Testing, vulnerability management, security monitoring, incident response, and compliance support.
  • Build or strengthen 24/7 or extended-hours security monitoring capability where commercially required.
  • Build partnerships with cybersecurity vendors, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, firewall, identity, endpoint, cloud security, and threat intelligence providers.


Procurement, Software, and Support Services

  • Grow Procurement as a Service, including catalogue management, device supply, asset lifecycle, refurbishment, disposal, and vendor management.
  • Build strong relationships with technology distributors, OEMs, hardware providers, software vendors, cloud providers, and logistics partners.
  • Improve procurement workflows, pricing, catalogues, reporting, governance, and margin performance.
  • Support the growth of software services, data solutions, automation, mobile applications, web services, and digital transformation offerings.
  • Strengthen enterprise support services including digital workplace, service desk, field support, IMACD, data center support, connectivity, and infrastructure support.


Operational Excellence and Service Delivery

  • Ensure Bharat Managed Services delivers reliable, high-quality, secure, and scalable services.
  • Build operational maturity across service desk, NOC, SOC, field support, project delivery, procurement, software services, and customer success.
  • Improve ITIL-aligned processes for incident, problem, change, asset, configuration, release, and service request management.


Financial Leadership and P&L Ownership

  • Own full P&L responsibility for the company.
  • Drive revenue growth while improving profitability, cash flow, and financial discipline.
  • Build annual budgets, forecasts, investment plans, and financial performance dashboards.
  • Monitor gross margin, EBITDA, recurring revenue, contract profitability, utilization, cost of delivery, sales conversion, and working capital.
  • Sales, Marketing, and Brand Development

    • Build a strong sales and marketing function capable of supporting international growth.
    • Strengthen the company’s brand positioning as a managed services, cybersecurity, procurement, software, and digital transformation partner.
    • Develop strong messaging, proposals, pitch decks, service brochures, pricing templates, and executive presentations.
    • Improve online presence, thought leadership, case studies, webinars, events, partner campaigns, and client success stories.


    Partnerships and Alliances

    • Build strategic partnerships with technology vendors, cloud providers, cybersecurity platforms, telecom providers, hardware OEMs, distributors, software vendors, data center providers, and system integrators.
    • Develop partner-led sales channels and referral networks.
    • Strengthen vendor certifications, accreditations, and partner status.
    • Negotiate favorable commercial terms, support models, rebates, joint marketing funds, and technical enablement.


    People, Culture, and Leadership

    • Build a high-performance leadership team across sales, delivery, finance, operations, HR, marketing, technology, cybersecurity, procurement, software services, and customer success.
    • Create a culture of ownership, accountability, customer focus, speed, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
    • Attract, retain, and develop senior talent capable of supporting global growth.
    • Establish clear organizational structure, reporting lines, roles, responsibilities, and decision rights.


    Governance, Risk, and Compliance

    • Establish strong corporate governance and management reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, contractual, financial, cybersecurity, privacy, and data protection requirements across operating markets.
    • Maintain high standards for client data protection, confidentiality, information security, and service integrity.
    • Support certification and compliance initiatives such as ISO 27001, SOC 2 readiness, Cyber Essentials, GDPR readiness, ITIL maturity, or other relevant standards.


    Required Experience

    The ideal candidate should have:

    • 15+ years of senior leadership experience in IT services, managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, telecom, digital transformation, software services, procurement services, or technology consulting.
    • Experience as CEO, COO, Managing Director, Country Head, Regional Director, Chief Revenue Officer, General Manager, or senior business unit leader.
    • Proven success growing a B2B technology services business.
