Role
● B2C Demand Generation ○ Performance marketing (SEO, SEM, digital campaigns) ○ Funnel optimisation from discovery to booking ● Ecosystem-Led Growth ○ Doctor referrals, Apollo network channels, and internal ecosystems ○ Footfall → health check conversion
● Lifecycle & CRM ○ Customer journeys across activation, engagement, repeat, and reactivation ○ Cohort-based growth and retention strategies
● Premium Segment Growth ○ Demand generation and positioning for premium, whole-body, and longevity programs ○ Targeting affluent and high-intent cohorts and Premium funnel design (awareness → consideration → assisted conversion) ○ Collaboration with Assisted Sales for conversion
● Brand & Category Building ○ Preventive health and longevity narrative across Social ○ Clinical credibility and trust-building ○ Campaigns across consumer and premium segments ● Growth Analytics & Experimentation ○ Cohort analysis, CAC, LTV optimisation ○ Continuous experimentation across channels How Success Will Be Measured
● B2C acquisition volume and CAC ● Funnel conversion rates (visit → booking → completion) ● UHID → Health Check conversion ● 30/90/180-day retention and repeat rates ● Premium segment contribution (volume, conversion, ARPP)
● CRM-driven revenue and reactivation ● Brand awareness and demand contribution
Experience: 12–18+ years in marketing, growth, or lifecycle roles
● Strong experience across performance marketing, CRM, and brand
● Experience in healthcare, fintech, marketplaces, or consumer platforms preferred
● Deep understanding of funnels, cohorts, and growth loops
● Data-driven with strong experimentation mindset
● Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, clinical, and ops teams
