We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while coordinating business travel arrangements and supporting administrative processes across the company.


Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate business travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, visas, and travel documentation

• Manage office operations, supplies, vendors, and workplace maintenance

• Provide administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and internal communications

• Support onboarding activities and employee office-related needs

• Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities

• Track office and travel-related expenses and coordinate with the Finance team

• Maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and service providers

• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards


Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Office Administration, Customer Support, Operations, or similar roles

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Experience in corporate environments is considered an advantage
