Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager

• Oversee full-cycle accounting across multiple entities

• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Support product costing and inventory-related accounting activities
• Approve payroll and maintain oversight of payroll-related processes
• Manage banking relationships and oversee cash activity
• Perform account reconciliations including bank and credit card accounts
• Support audit processes and ensure proper documentation
• Identify and implement process improvements across accounting operations

Qualifications For The Accounting Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities
• Strong experience with product costing and manufacturing accounting required
• Experience managing full-cycle accounting in a multi-entity environment
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proven ability to improve processes and operate in changing environments
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with leadership
