We are seeking a Business Manager to support the COO Business Management Team within the COO Chief of Staff unit. In this role, you will contribute to a broad range of responsibilities, including preparing presentations and analyses, strategic initiatives and projects, financial controlling topics as well as performing day-to-day tasks. The position offers extensive exposure across the organisation and strong opportunities for professional growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative and attention to detail.
YOUR CHALLENGE
As Business Manager, you will:
- Prepare high-quality presentations, briefing materials, and strategic concepts for senior management
- Conduct and coordinate quantitative and qualitative analyses to support informed decision-making
- Lead, coordinate and/or contribute to strategic initiatives and projects, collaborating across teams and functions
- Support financial planning, cost controlling, and reporting for the unit in close collaboration with the CFO unit
- Manage day-to-day operational and administrative activities within the COO business unit, ensuring efficient and reliable business support
- Take ownership and oversight of business unit–specific processes to ensure operational efficiency, governance and compliance
- Assist in the organisation and delivery of internal events and communications across the business unit
- Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Professional experience of three to five years in private banking, financial services, or consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and structured thinking
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally
- Proactive, solution-driven mindset with a strong willingness to learn and contribute
- Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure, work collaboratively in teams, and adapt swiftly to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
