Business Analyst (80%)

For the support of ongoing operations and the implementation of initiatives in the areas of Accounting, Finance, and Controlling, we are looking for an experienced Business Solution Engineer / Business Analyst. The role focuses on ensuring stable system operations while actively contributing to and supporting business and IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth and reliable operation of business-critical applications (including Abacus, GTMatch)
• Lead or support projects in Accounting, Finance, and Controlling
• Perform requirements engineering and business analysis activities
• Configure and parameterize applications (customizing)
• Application management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Plan and execute testing activities
• Stakeholder management across multiple hierarchy levels
• Create and maintain technical and business documentation

Profile & Qualifications

• Degree in Business Informatics (University / University of Applied Sciences) or equivalent professional experience
• Solid experience in Accounting, Finance, and Controlling
• Mandatory expertise in Abacus
• Knowledge of GTMatch is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Fluent in German and English
• On-site presence: Required two days per week (expected Mondays and Thursdays)
