Durability Feature Leader – Senior Expert/Consultant (m/w/x)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Durability Feature Leader (Senior Expert) with strong expertise in structural mechanics and automotive product development. In this role, you will lead durability-related activities to ensure robust and reliable vehicle solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead durability topics throughout the vehicle development process
  
• Define and apply durability and structural simulation methods
  
• Plan, perform, and evaluate durability and vibration testing
  
• Support requirement setting, development, and validation of electrical hardware with respect to durability
  
• Contribute to and assess complete vehicle testing
  
• Act as a technical expert and advisor within the organization

Voraussetzungen

• M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or similar
  
• 12+ years of relevant experience (extensive experience is an advantage)
  
• Recognized expert in durability engineering
  
• Strong knowledge of durability simulations, structural mechanics, and automotive product development
  
• Experience with vibration testing and full vehicle testing
  
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
  
• Fluent in English
