Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Office Manager role based in Eatontown, NJ. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, managing analytics working with the sales team and ensuring smooth functionality of office systems. This role includes coordinating staff and resources, managing office supplies and equipment, assisting with customer inquiries, and maintaining a well-organized and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to professionally interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks, such as scheduling, organizing, and maintaining records.
- Ability to operate and manage our homegrown software for billing and CS support.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with office management software, excel, and technical skills (e.g., email, spreadsheets, document processing).
- Experience in a similar role or relevant educational background preferred.
- Working with AI agents, Claude Code.
