Account Executive – Title / Real Estate Services (Existing Book of Business)

Southwest Michigan (Niles / South Bend area)

$50K base + uncapped commission (Year 1 ~$90K–$100K)

We’ve partnered with a well-established real estate services firm seeking an Account Executive to support growth in the local market.

This is a relationship-driven sales role where you will step into an existing book of business from day one, giving you immediate income potential — while also building your own pipeline over time.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage and grow relationships with realtors, lenders, and referral partners
  • Take over and maintain an existing portfolio of active clients
  • Prospect and develop new business within your territory
  • Partner with internal teams to move deals from open to close
  • Stay active in the market through networking, meetings, and events
What They’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of client-facing sales experience
  • Experience in title, mortgage, real estate, insurance, or B2B services preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable with both managing accounts AND generating new business
