Requirements

• Active Esthetics or Cosmetology license (required)
• Passion for guest experience and pride in your craft
• Sales-focused mindset with confidence recommending products
• Positive, energetic, and guest-focused personality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Strong reliability, professionalism, and willingness to grow

Compensation & Growth

• $11-$15 per hour base pay + tips + commissions + performance-based bonuses
