Grab for Business is the B2B team that helps to simplify business transportation and related services for companies across Southeast Asia. We engage with a wide network of companies across the region and want to ensure that Grab's business solutions contribute to the growth and success of all companies across the region.

Get to Know the Role

This role is critical to ensuring a smooth operations and seamless API integrations with our strategic partners.

As the owner of end-to-end API integration management, you will maintain high service standards, supporting partner success, and driving smooth operation. You will play a key part in sustaining business continuity, strengthening partner relationships, and supporting Grab Thailand's growth plans.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Lead planning and execution with strategic partners to achieve and exceed GMV targets.
• End-to-End Operations and Technical Management
• Oversee full API lifecycle management, including onboarding and activation of new partners
• Coordinate with internal and external engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration and performance
• Handle issue resolution, troubleshooting, and operational escalations to safeguard business continuity
• Manage COD reporting and collaborate with billing and invoicing teams to ensure and accurate monthly invoicing
• Support and lead commercial discussions to grow business opportunities across existing partners.
• Identify and onboard new potential partners to further grow the API business.
• Develop and maintain, long-term partnerships with key strategic accounts.
  

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in project operations, partner management, or API integration.
• Experienced in stakeholder management and excellent in communication skill.
• Proficiency in Microsoft offices and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
• Knowledge of API or technical integration processes is prefer.
