Key Responsibilities :


• Manage complex calendars across three executive leaders, ensuring alignment and minimal conflicts

• Coordinate travel, meeting logistics, and personal arrangements with sensitivity to timing and wellbeing

• Proactively arrange meals when work overlaps with lunch hours; otherwise, empower self-management

• Book and prepare meeting rooms for internal and external engagements

• Ensure readiness of materials, tech setup, and refreshments as appropriate

• Track and reconcile executive expenses using Excel or equivalent tools

• Maintain and route contracts, invoices, and documents requiring PA-level approval

• Liaise with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance and timely processing

• Build and maintain structured expense tracking sheets

• Support basic reporting and documentation for finance and operations teams

• Collaborate with executive office, finance, legal, and operations teams

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders


Qualifications :

• Prior experience supporting senior executives or managing director-level roles

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic financial documentation

• Professional demeanor, discretion, and a caring approach to executive support
