We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team!
This role plays a key part in ensuring business initiatives, systems, and process improvements are clearly defined, well understood, and aligned with business needs and IT standards. You will work across the organisation to analyse requirements, document solutions, and support the delivery of effective, high‑quality outcomes for our customers and teams.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, IT, and external partners, you will act as a bridge between business needs and technical delivery, supporting projects from initial scoping through to implementation and end‑user adoption.
About you:
You’re analytical, organised, and comfortable working with detail, while still keeping sight of overall business objectives. You enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and working collaboratively across teams.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to capture, interpret, and document business and system requirements
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A practical, solutions‑focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across projects
- Experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or process improvement roles
- Exposure to financial services or other regulated environments
On a daily basis you will
- Work with business stakeholders to understand and analyse business needs and processes
- Define, document, and maintain functional and non‑functional requirements
- Review current processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
- Assist in solution and process design aligned to business objectives
- Translate business requirements into clear specifications for technical teams
- Support system and process testing, including UAT and training activities
- Ensure solutions meet agreed requirements and quality standards before go‑live
- Produce and maintain documentation such as process flows, user guides, and training material
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and external providers
- Support implementation, change management, and ongoing system improvements
