This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong writing skills and a knack for creative thinking. No technical or AI background required — just a sharp mind, a love of language, and a willingness to explore ideas across a wide range of topics.

• Write original, creative prompts across a wide variety of topics, formats, and difficulty levels
• Design questions and scenarios that challenge AI reasoning, accuracy, and creativity
• Craft prompts specifically designed to probe for safety issues, edge cases, and unexpected behaviors
• Follow detailed style guides and prompt-writing frameworks with precision
• Iterate on your prompts based on project feedback and evolving research needs
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

• Creative thinker with strong written communication skills
• Curious by nature — you enjoy exploring ideas across diverse subject areas
• Able to write clearly and engagingly on a broad range of topics
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working within structured guidelines
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No technical, AI, or professional writing background required

• Background in writing, journalism, education, creative writing, or communications
• Experience with critical thinking, research, or content development
• Familiarity with AI tools or chatbots as an end user
• Broad general knowledge spanning science, culture, history, or technology
