Founding Regional Sales Manager Eastern Europe (Cybersecurity)

AvetixCyber is delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing cybersecurity vendor to hire an experienced Founding Regional Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales growth across Eastern Europe.
Channel first, you will engage and drive end user customer conversations and relationships, whilst introducing partners to facilitate the sale.
The Role:
- Own the full sales cycle for a cutting-edge security automation platform
- Drive new business, expand existing accounts, and exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Build strong relationships with enterprise customers, prospects, and channel partners
- Develop strategic account plans and collaborate with internal teams to support growth
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across complex enterprise environments
Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience selling enterprise security software
- Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets
- Strong experience selling complex SaaS or cybersecurity solutions
- Confident engaging with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers
- Skilled in consultative and solution-led sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, etc.)
- Self-starter with a proactive, hunter-style approach to sales
- Fluent English, you will also possess fluency in at least one other Eastern European language
The Offer:
- Base Salary : €120k - €135k
- OTE : €240k - €270k
