Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on complex, ground-up projects in the Dallas market. This role is focused on K-12 education, airport, and aviation hangar construction, requiring a strong leader who can manage schedules, subcontractors, and on-site execution while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
• Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules to meet deadlines
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
• Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
• Conduct daily site walks, progress tracking, and quality control inspections
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients to resolve issues
• Manage inspections, permits, and local jurisdiction requirements
• Maintain project documentation including daily reports, logs, and updates
• Identify and proactively resolve construction challenges to avoid delays
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and contract documents

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Proven experience with K-12 schools, airport facilities, or aviation hangars
• Strong background in ground-up construction required
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience managing project schedules and coordinating multiple trades
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
