We are actively hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead to bring our growth plans to life!
What You'll Do
- Recruit and deliver highly qualified candidates for internal positions
- Heavy outbound cold & warm calls to candidates sharing The Bridger Group’s story
- Heavy passive outreach / comfortable making 80+ calls per day
- Conducting phone screens and scheduling in-person and virtual interviews
- Utilizing internal CRM, market research, data sourcing tools, referrals, networking
- Create and manage weekly reports on candidates who are actively interviewing
What You'll Need
- 1-3 years of Talent Acquisition / Corporate / Agency Recruiting experience
- Cold calling and passive candidate outreach experience
- Strong phone presence, verbal and written communication skills
- Time management skills
